Surveillance and Traffic Poles

Surveillance/CCTV poles (monopoles) have a wide range of application considering today’s age of monitoring and surveillance. At Transrail, we design, manufacture and supply customised monopoles for any public place, smart cities, and industrial or defence purposes. The main advantages of these poles are their wide coverage, flexibility and 360-degree movement of CCTV camera.

Traffic poles are used to support the traffic signals, which control the flow of vehicles on the roads and at intersection/junctions. They consist of a vertical shaft and cantilever arm with varied length as per the location of the traffic signal. 

Signage and Gantry Structures

At Transrail Lighting, we design, manufacture, supply and install gantries and cantilever structures for signage as required. These structures are made of flanged, high tensile galvanized polygonal pole sections that are bolted together for high quality and aesthetic looks. Derrick and Flare Structures

Transrail has pioneered the manufacturing of derricks and flare structures in India and has the capability to design, fabricate and install these heavy engineering structures. Flare structures are used in refineries to flare exhaust gases. We manufacture these structures in refineries as per the need and requirement in India to serve the domestic market and also export the same.

So far, we have designed and fabricated many projects involving derrick structures of height exceeding 160 m to deliver manufactured products of best quality and safety performance. We have capabilities for designing and manufacturing demountable derrick, self-supporting flare structures or derricks for gas and liquid flaring systems.

The flare structures manufactured by us have passed the stringent quality check requirements and standards as required for the structures in America and the Middle East.

We have also exported derricks to USA and Middle East. 

Telecom Monopoles

Telecommunication monopoles are a smarter alternative to the traditional tele-communication towers due to faster installation, substantially less foot print and their aesthetic appeal. These structures also cater to most of the new-gen telecom requirements. At Transrail Lighting, we custom design these monopoles as per the requirement and have already supplied them in good measure to many prestigious projects in India. The designs are done on an international software having inbuilt provisions of the requirements of TIA-EIA-222G.
